Since that first camera at age 14, Owen has won a few awards and earned a few pieces of paper that say he can be taught and once or twice made something pretty. What sets Owen apart from others though, is evident when you meet him. A big smile and personality that can fill a room, Owen is quickly telling stories, laughing and connecting with the folks around him.
